Day one completed - went OK.
Meals: Only two. Not intentional – dictated by circumstance which is now over.
Lunch – Pineapple Chicken with rice.
Dinner – Rotisserie chicken with potatoes and rice.
Kind of international – Chinese for lunch and Mexican for dinner.
So I got the food down. Unfortunately, not the water.
Part of today’s travels allowed me near a natural foods store where I picked up the recommended supplements. And three really great looking organic grapefruit. J

A three day meal plan with a trip to the market. This being a holiday weekend in the resort area in which I live, daily market stops will be major hassle.
